Terms and Conditions – For Weddings

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.

1. Booking and Reservation

To officially reserve your wedding date with the WizzyPro team, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. No date is secured or locked into our calendar until this payment has been received. We have two ways to handle your investment: you can pay the 50% booking fee upfront via bank transfer, with the remaining 50% balance settled before or on your wedding date. For your convenience, you can pay the full amount via our website using a credit/debit card or instalment plans through Stripe, Klarna, or Clearpay. If you choose an instalment plan, your 50% booking fee is considered “paid” as part of that total transaction, and our standard non-refundable policy still applies to that portion of the payment. Please note that no images or films will be delivered until the full balance is received, and all payments signify your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that wedding plans can change however, because we block out our calender and reject all other work for your specific date, the following applies: if you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible, as the 50% booking fee remains non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date may result in a requirement to pay the full remaining balance. Rescheduling is permitted based on our team’s availability and may be subject to additional charges depending on the new date. If you paid in full via an instalment plan and are entitled to a refund for the amount exceeding the 50% non-refundable booking fee, we will process this through our payment provider. Your provider will then adjust your remaining balance or issue a credit to your account; please note that the 50% non-refundable booking fee remains protected even if you have chosen an instalment plan.

3. Coverage and Creative License

The photographer will make every reasonable effort to document all important aspects of the day. However, due to the nature of events, not all moments can be guaranteed. The photographer retains full creative discretion over the style, composition, and number of images delivered. Editing style and selection of final images rest solely with the photographer.

4. Timeline Flexibility

We understand that weddings don’t always run exactly on schedule. If things are running late, we’ll do our best to adjust and continue capturing your special moments. However, if the coverage goes beyond the agreed hours, extra time will be charged at an additional hourly rate (discussed in advance).

5. Travel and Accomodation

For weddings taking place outside of a 30 miles radius from the photographer’s base, travel expenses may apply. For locations requiring overnight stays, accommodation costs may also be added and discussed in advance.

6. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery or secure digital transfer within 7–14 working days after the wedding date. During peak seasons, delivery may extend up to 3 weeks. Urgent edits may be requested at an additional cost. Please note: We do not provide unedited or RAW images as part of any wedding package. All delivered images are professionally edited to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

7. Image Quantity and Format

The number of images delivered will vary based on coverage and moments during event, but a minimum of 100–400 high-resolution JPEG images can be expected for full-day coverage.

8. Usage Rights and Copyright

The photographer retains the full copyright to all images, the client grants the photographer permission to use photographs from the session for official purposes, including social media, websites, brochures, magazine features, sample albums, and other promotional materials.

9. Your Privacy

All personal details you share with us will stay private and only be used to manage your booking. Your information will never be shared with or sold to anyone else.

10. Liability and Backup

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure due to equipment malfunction, illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made. Every effort will be made to secure a replacement photographer and backup systems are used for image storage.

11. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are informed of the photographer’s presence and instructed not to obstruct shots. The photographer is not responsible for missed moments caused by interference, restricted access, or poor lighting conditions.
