Who edits the phoots for WizzyPro team?
All photographs are edited by our lead photographer and editor.
Do you offer both photography and video?
Yes. We are a team of both photographers and videographers. We believe that your story is best told through a mix of stills and motion. By booking our team for both, you ensure that the "vibe" and editing style are perfectly consistent across your photos and your film.
What happens if you can't make it to the session
This would only happen if it was out of our control like illness/emergency but in this case, we would do our best to help find a replacement team that we trust with a similar style.
How do we receive our photos?
When the editing is complete, we upload the images to a google drive online gallery and send a link to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your phone or computer. The images are stored online for 6 months.

What is your turn around time?
Wwe take limited amount of weddings or portraits session per year we have a faster turnaround time than most photographers! Our turnaround for weddings is 2 weeks and studio/ portrait session is 3-5 days . We deliver the photos while the excitement is fresh with each and every image professionally edited.
Do you travel?
Yes, we travel and we would love to discuss travel details with you.
How do we book you?
After looking through our portfolio on our website and social media, you can book via our website by you clicking on the pricing tab and choose your preferred package or please send us an inquiry through the contact tab on our website. We respond within 48 hours. We offer in-person or over-the-phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 50% non-refundable fee for date reservation to reserve our services for your date.
What if we need to cancel/reschedule our wedding?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the loss of the booking fee. Clients are allowed to reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’notice, subject to studio availability. Failure to attend without notice or repeated rescheduling may require full payment for future bookings.
Do you deliver raw photos?
We only give out RAW photos at a cost. Every photo you receive will be edited to ensure consistency in colours, brightness, and mood in a manner reflective of our style.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes we accept Credit Card.
Can I pay in installment?
Yes you can Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, with the first taken at checkout and the following two spread over 30 and 60 days.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Not necessarily! While we accept full payments via Credit/Debit card, you can also use Klarna or Clearpay to spread the cost over several weeks or months. This allows you to secure your date with just the first installment.
