Terms and Conditions – For Portrait, studio, maternity, outdoor, pre-wedding
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.
1. Booking and Payment
To secure your date and time with the WizzyPro team, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. No date is officially locked into our calendar until this payment is received. We offer two ways to handle your investment: you can pay your 50% booking fee upfront via bank transfer, with the remaining 50% balance settled on or before the day of your session, or for your convenience, you can pay the full amount via our website using a credit/debt card or instalment plans through Stripe, Klarna, or Clearpay. If you choose an instalment plan, your 50% booking fee is considered “paid” as part of that total transaction, and our standard non-refundable policy still applies to that portion of the payment. Please note that payments confirm your booking and signify your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens; however, because we block out our calendar and reject other work once you book, the following applies: cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will result in the loss of the 50% booking fee. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to our team’s availability. If you paid in full via an instalment plan and are entitled to a refund for the amount exceeding the 50% non-refundable booking fee, we will process this through our payment provider. Your provider will then adjust your remaining balance or issue a credit to your account; please note that the 50% non-refundable booking fee remains protected even if you have chosen an instalment plan. Finally, failure to attend without notice may require full payment for any future bookings.
3. Session Duration and Late Arrivals
Each session is booked for a fixed time slot. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid delays for other clients. If the session exceeds the scheduled time, additional charges may apply in 30-minute increments.
4. Studio Conduct and Safety
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the studio. Children must be supervised at all times. Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment by themselves or their guests during the session.
5. Creative Control
At Wizzypro Photography, we aim to create high-quality, artistic images in our signature style. While clients are welcome to share their ideas or preferences before or at the start of the session, the final decisions on posing, lighting and editing style will be made by the photographer to maintain consistency and creativity.
6. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via online gallery or secure digital transfer within 3 to 5 working days after picture selection by the client. Express delivery within 24 or 48 hours or same day is available at an extra fee. Please note that RAW files are not included in any of the packages.
7. Copyright, Usage, and Photo Permissions
Wizzypro Photography owns the full copyright to all photos taken during your session. Clients receive rights to use the images for personal purposes, such as printing or sharing on social media. Unless we receive a written request before the session, Wizzypro Photography may also use the images for our website, social media, or promotional materials. If you or anyone in the photos does not want the images used this way, please let us know in writing (signed) before the session.

9. Your Privacy
All personal details you share with us will stay private and only be used to manage your booking. Your information will never be shared with or sold to anyone else.
10. Liability and Backup
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, illness or unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control affecting the session, Wizzypro Photography’s liability is limited to a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost. Backup systems are used to minimise the risk of image loss.
11. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to arrive prepared, including any wardrobe, makeup, or props required for the shoot. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, children, or multiple outfit changes. Wizzypro Photography is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the studio.
